DUTY MANAGER

• Male or Female
• Not more than 35 years old
• College graduate with excellent command of English and with pleasing personality
• 3+ years work in a deluxe hotel or comparable
• Computer literate and preferably knows Opera

HOUSEKEEPING & LAUNDRY SUPERVSOR

• College graduate, preferably HRM or equivalent
• Good command of English
• At least 28 years old, with 4 to 5 years of experience in a 5-star Hotel or Resort Chain
• At least presently a supervisor
• Good trainer and with positive attitude

RESTAURANT MANAGER / SENIOR SUPERVISOR

• Male or Female
• Not more than 45 years old
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity in a deluxe restaurant or cruise ship
• Overseas working experience is an advantage

DEMI / CHEF DE PARTIE

• Male or Female, not more than 40 yaers old
• College graduate or culinary diploma
• 3+ years work in a managerial capacity in a deluxe hotel or restaurant, or cruise ship
• Knowledgeable in food safety standards
