TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
- Preferably a graduate of any four year course
- Highly proficient in Englsh reading and comprehension
- Good technical and analytical skills
- With basick knowledge in internet surfing and manipulation
- MS Office literate
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
- Preferably a gradaute of any four year course
- Selling and / or customer service experience an advantage
- Strong conversational English, verbal and written communication skills required
- Must be a good listener, enthusiastic, energetic, and creative as it relates to resolving customer issues
SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree graduate in Engineering (computer / telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- With hands on experience in software development and design
- Possess problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge in any of the following applications: Web 2.0 Components / Web services, HTML/AJAX/Java/Javascript, PHP5/ Server-side Applications, MySQL, SQL Scripting, Perl/CGI
- With strong technical and non-technical communication skills
