BANQUET ACCOUNT MANAGER

• Female, not more than 30 yaers old
• Graduate of HRM or related course
• Must be aggressive, goal-oriented and customer-focused
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Preferably with experience in Sales and doing field work
• Driving skills is an advantage

FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

• Male / Female, not more than 30 years old
• Graduate of HRM, Tourism, Foreign Service or other related course
• Preferably with 2-3 years experience in the same capacity, with adept skills in Front Office Operations
• Must have excellent communication skills (knowledge of other foreign language is an advantage)
• Must have very good interpersonal skills and with ability to handle and deal with customer complaints / issues
• Must be mature and with ability to lead and motivate people towards achieving hotel objectives

FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE

• Male / Female, 20-25 years old, graduate of HRM or related courses
• At least 5'6 in height for male and 5'4 for female
• Pleasing personality, customer-focused
• Articulate and can converse well with guests / clients
• Ability to work long hours, adaptable to shifting schedules

COOK

• Male, preferably with experience in Middle eastern and/or Japanese cooking
• Experience in banquet functions is an advantage
