PRODUCTION WORKERS

• Male, not more than 25 years old
• Graduate of any 2-year Technical or vocational course or has reached 2nd year in college
• Physically fit
• No derogatory or criminal records

SERVICE PARTS LOGISTICS STAFF

• Not more than 25 years old
• Must be a college / university graduate preferably any business course
  Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in parts handling
• With computer knowledge and knows how to drive

HR STAFF

• Not more than 25 years old
• Must be college / university graduate preferably in BS Psychology or BA Communication Arts
• Must have pleasing personality, excellent oral and written communication skills and knows how to drive
• Preferably with at least 3 years experience in conducting training
• Knows how to design training modules
• With computer knowledge on MS Office programs

COMPENSATION STAFF

• Not more than 25 years old
• Must be a college / university graduate perferably in BS Mathematics or Management
• Must have pleasing personality, excellent oral and written communication skills and knows how to drive
• Preferably with at least 3 years experience in compensation planning and administration
• With computer knowledge on MS Office programs and / or any computer based payroll system
• Highly analytical

MANAGER

• Not more than 40 years old
• Must be a Licensed Engineer
• Computer knowledge is a must
• Minimum of 2 years experience as Supervisor
• Experience in technical skill development program preferably realted to Manufacturing
• With good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
