TECHNICAL SUPPORT EREPS

 
  • Extensive technical knowledge in troubleshooting, hardware and software support
  • Well-developed analytical skills for technical problem diagnosis and resolution
  • Client service support background and/or previous helpdesk experience preferred
  • A+ or MCP Certification an advantage
  • Knowledge or experience in a Windows Active Directory environment
  • Experience in the IT industry with technical knowledge in broadband connectivity, dial-up connection and web hosting preferred
  • Graduate of Computer Science, MIS, IT courses or related field
