- Extensive technical knowledge in troubleshooting, hardware and software support
- Well-developed analytical skills for technical problem diagnosis and resolution
- Client service support background and/or previous helpdesk experience preferred
- A+ or MCP Certification an advantage
- Knowledge or experience in a Windows Active Directory environment
- Experience in the IT industry with technical knowledge in broadband connectivity, dial-up connection and web hosting preferred
- Graduate of Computer Science, MIS, IT courses or related field
