We currently need:
TECHNICAL HELPDESK ASSOCIATES
|
| |
- Graduate of any 4-year computer or technical related course (has a major in a related technical field with at least 1-year IT-related support work)
- Experience in computer systems or IT support including telecommunications, OS/Applications, desktop and network
- Familiarity with Microsoft / Windows 95, 2000, XP operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Basic network connectivity troubleshooting skills (i.e. PC, laptop, and printer)
- Excellent communication skills
Willing to work on shifts
