For our Technical Support Representative post, we are looking for the following qualifications in general:
Applicants should have at least completed all of their 1st and 2nd year college units under a single degree / program.
The applicants should possess average to above average communication skills.
In addition, they should be knowledgeable in some or all of the following areas:
- Internet connection
- Windows 98 and various Operating Systems
- Installation/removing program know-how
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Simple internet surfing know-how
- knowledge/ familiarity in computer applications
