- With at least 6 months of training experience, preferably in a customer care / relations or teaching field
- Able to conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and develop training curricula
- Proficient with MS Office applications (i.e MS Word, Excel)
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills
- Can adapt to changing work schedules
- With active listening and coaching skills
- Can operate with minimal supervision
- Customer service oriented
