Sterling Global Call Center has complete inbound, outbound and blended call center capabilities. It uses predictive dialers, digital recording and customer management software to manage campaigns.
Sterling Global currently has seating capacity over three shifts daily for 250 personnel and operates in support of clients located in the United States, Europe and the Philippines. Projects range from inbound customer service and the third party verification to outbound appointment setting and sales.
